Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of approval. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

After a Refund

• Your license is immediately revoked
• You must remove all copies of the software
• Access to updates and support is terminated

Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of abuse, such as multiple refund requests or evidence of continued use after requesting a refund.
