  • Discord Server — Join our community for real-time help
  • GitHub Discussions — Post questions and share solutions
  • Knowledge Base — Browse this documentation

Priority Support

Customers with an active license can submit support tickets:

  • Go to your Customer Dashboard → Support
  • Describe your issue with as much detail as possible
  • Include error messages, screenshots, and server info
  • Response time: within 24 hours (business days)

Reporting Bugs

Found a bug? Report it on our GitHub Issues page with:

  • MangaReader Pro version
  • PHP and MySQL versions
  • Steps to reproduce
  • Expected vs actual behavior
  • Error logs (from storage/logs/laravel.log)
