- Go to your Customer Dashboard → Support
- Describe your issue with as much detail as possible
- Include error messages, screenshots, and server info
- Response time: within 24 hours (business days)

- PHP and MySQL versions
- Steps to reproduce
- Expected vs actual behavior
- Error logs (from
storage/logs/laravel.log)
